The lotus flower does not think, “I do not want the mud.”  The lotus knows that it can bloom beautifully only because of the mud.     Thich Nhat Hanh

Welcome to lotus center yoga in the heart of downtown State College, PA.  All are welcome in this place.  You are invited to step to the yoga mat or the dance floor, to the drum or the table.  Come as you are right now.  Welcome to the journey!

We offer many different styles and approaches to yoga, taught by dedicated and spirit-filled teachers.  We offer regular opportunities to explore movement and sound through dance, drumming and somatic inquiry.  We invite writers and artists to share how they access the flow. We honor all paths to wholeness.             Come find your center!
