Friday August 20th at 7pm - Klezmer Incantation - A musical quartet led by Jennie Lavine on clarinet playing jazz, blues and klezmer! The Enchanted Kitchen will be open to serve delicious whole foods and smoothies. To kick off the offerings of music and other events at Lotus Center Yoga and The Enchanted Kitchen, there will be no cover for this event!

Friday August 27th at Noon -  Rhythm Circle w/Carol Lindsay and Friends - A lunchtime offering that invites you to play along and find your place in the circle. Bring your percussion instrument, or use one of ours. No experience necessary! Suggested $5 donation

October 2 - 11:30-1:00 - Sugar Blues - Sugar is not the problem, it is the solution! Learn about sugar's affects on your body, why you crave sugar and how to incorporate healthy sugars into your diet that promote and support health.

November 13 - 11:30-1:00 - Women's Health - As a woman, do you feel pulled in multiple directions raising a family, holding a job, providing nutritious meals for your family and still finding time to enjoy friends, exercise and relax? Discuss how healthy eating, a balanced lifestyle and time for relaxation and play can improve your health and happiness.

December 4 - 11:30-1:00 - Deconstructing Cravings - Understand cravings, what different cravings may indicate for your health and how to reduce your cravings by incorporating healthy alternative foods into your diet.

January 15 - 11:30-1:00 - Stress Reduction - We control our own reaction to stress. We choose to breathe, become frustrated, get agitated or let go of the situation altogether. In this class, take ownership of your reaction to stress, understand some of the possible diseases that can result from stress and learn practical approaches to reduce your stress.

February 5 - 11:30-1:00 - Eating for Energy - Have you ever noticed that some foods make you groggy, while others boost your energy levels dramatically? Discuss how to alter your diet in order to gain energy from everything you put in your body. Learn which foods deplete energy and which enhance energy.
