Karen Caswell Sapia – Karen began her study of yoga 13 years ago. After the birth of her twin boys in 2001, she began a teaching apprenticeship with her teacher, and she completed a 200hr YTT at the Mount Nittany Institute of Natural Health in 2005. Sunna DeForest is a registered yoga teacher (RYT200), trained in the style of Anusara Yoga.  She has practiced yoga since 1995 and is passionte about sharing her experience with others.  In her yoga classes, Sunna integrates principles of optimal alignment with heart oriented teachings to help her students experience their full potential within their personal limits. Raylene Demorest RYT200 - Raylene was introduced to yoga as a young child "playing yoga" with her mom. She started her own practice in 1997 and began teaching in 2006. Kelly Keefe has been practicing yoga for fifteen years and teaching for five. She loves to teach people of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. Kelly trained as a yoga teacher at the Mount Nittany Institute of Natural Health and as a Thai Yoga massage therapist at Lotus Palm in Montreal. As a certified YogaEd instructor, Kelly teaches children and teens a whole life approach to yoga. She also conducts and coordinates stress reduction seminars for the Art of Living at Penn State. Amy Rumbel is a massage therapist (11 yrs) and yoga teacher (5 yrs) living in Lemont, PA. She continues to study and practice in the Iyengar tradition focusing on alignment and integrity, opening and balance in poses. Her background includes social work and health education, and she brings a compassionate and loving energy to her teaching.
